Broward County, Florida Plumbers Runs on your existing number

You're under a sink. The phone rings. That caller is dialing the next plumber.

Leaks don't wait for voicemail. When you can't pick up, text-back sends one text from your business number within seconds, asks what's going on and where, and hands you the reply so you can call back with an answer.

$119/mo up to 15 missed calls, $219/mo up to about 40. No setup fee, cancel any time. Usually live in 1–2 weeks (carriers must approve business texting first). Same plans as text-back for any business.

The calls that go to voicemail

Most callers don't leave a message. They call the next name on the list. These are the ones a text back keeps.

The emergency leak

Burst lines and water on the floor. The homeowner calls down the list until someone answers. A text that asks for the address keeps you in that race while you finish the job you're on.

The water heater quote

They want a price today and they're calling three companies. The text asks the tank size and whether it's gas or electric, so you can quote from the reply.

The slow drain

Not urgent, but it's work. Without a text back, it becomes a voicemail you never hear about. With one, it's a booked visit for Thursday.

The text

One text, in your words, asking what you need to know

We draft it with you on a 20-minute setup call and nothing goes live until you approve it. Most plumbers ask:

  • What's going on?
  • What's the address?
  • Is water still running? (urgent calls first)

The first text is automated and always says "Reply STOP to opt out". Every reply after that is you or whoever you hand the phone to. Calls you answer are untouched.

Questions

What plumbers ask

Can after-hours calls get a different text?

Yes, on the $219 plan. A burst pipe at 11 pm can get "we're on call, reply with the address" while a 9 pm drain question gets "we open at 7, we'll text you first thing".

Do you dispatch or book for me?

No. You reply in your own words and book it your way. Text-back makes sure the caller hears from you before they call someone else.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. It runs on the number you already advertise. You stay the owner of every account. See Your accounts.

What if it isn't for me?

Cancel by text or email at any time; it stops at the end of the paid month. If your phone setup can't run text-back, your first payment is refunded in full. See Refunds.
