These terms are between you and Tristin Von Gunten, doing business as KytherIQ ("KytherIQ", "we").
- Scope in writing. Before any paid work, we send the scope, deliverables, price and timing in writing. Work starts when you approve it. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are billed.
- Payment. One-time work is paid through Stripe when you approve the scope, unless the written scope says otherwise. Monthly services renew each month until you cancel.
- Cancel any time. You can cancel a monthly service at any time by text or email. It stops at the end of the current paid month. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
- No guaranteed results. We do careful work, but we don't guarantee outcomes we don't control: bids won, calls, texts answered, rankings, reviews, revenue or savings.
- Your information. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details, prices, quantities and approvals you give us. You approve every bid or proposal before it goes to your customer.
- Your accounts. You own your accounts and data. See Your accounts.
- Texting rules. For missed-call text-back, you agree to text only people who called your business and to honor STOP requests. We add opt-out wording to every first text.
- Limit of liability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
- Florida law. These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute is handled in Broward County, Florida.
