Broward County, Florida Veteran-owned Runs on your existing number

Miss a call, and the caller gets a text from you in seconds.

You're under a sink in Plantation or on a roof in Davie, and the phone rings out. Most people don't leave a voicemail. They call the next name on the list. Text-back sends one text from your business number, asks what they need, and hands you the reply so you can book it.

$119/mo up to 15 missed calls. No setup fee, cancel any time. Usually live in 1–2 weeks (carriers must approve business texting first). If your phone setup can't run it, your first payment is refunded in full.

  2. Text sent from your number "Sorry we missed your call. This is Coastal Drain & Restoration. What's going on? Reply STOP to opt out."

How it works

Four steps. Nothing changes about how you answer the phone.

We act only on the calls nobody picked up. Calls you answer are untouched, and the caller only ever gets one text about the call they made.

  1. A call goes unansweredYou're on a job, driving, or with another customer. The call rings out or hits voicemail.
  2. The caller gets one text, from your numberWithin seconds, in wording you approved, with "Reply STOP to opt out" on the first message.
  3. They tell you what they needThe reply lands on your phone or in the office inbox. On the bigger plan, two qualifying questions go out first.
  4. You book itYou answer when you're free, in your own words. A weekly note shows what was missed, what was texted, and what you marked as booked.

The 11 pm burst pipe

Water & fire restoration

The homeowner is calling every restoration company on the list until one picks up. A text that says you're real and asks for the address keeps you in that conversation while you drive.

The Sunday-morning dead fridge

Appliance repair

You're in Coral Springs with your hands inside a dryer. The caller gets a text asking the make, the model, and what it's doing, so you can call back with an answer instead of a question.

The 7:40 am door stuck half open

Garage doors

Car trapped inside, work in twenty minutes. Nobody leaves a voicemail for that. They text back with a photo of the spring, and you know what to put on the truck.

The landlord who needs it gone by Friday

Junk removal

A cleanout in Hollywood, quote wanted today. You're loading a truck. The text asks for the address and a photo of the pile, and you price it from the reply between stops.

Broken down on I-95 near Sheridan

Towing

If you can't pick up, they call the next tow company on the map. The text asks where they are and what they're driving, and the reply is a location you can actually dispatch to.

The first 90-degree day of May

HVAC

Four calls at once and one of you on the ladder. The calls you can't answer still get asked what the system is doing and whether anyone's home this afternoon.

Restaurants

The host is seating a six-top and the phone goes to voicemail. The text asks: a table, takeout, or catering? The reply goes to whoever handles it.

Pricing

Two plans. Nothing else to buy.

Both run on the number you already advertise and are usually live in 1–2 weeks (carriers must approve business texting first). Start online in two minutes, or call first and we'll put the scope in writing. No setup fee. If your phone setup can't run text-back, your first payment is refunded in full. Cancel any time by text or email; it stops at the end of the paid month.

Most owner-operators

Text-back

$119/mo Up to 15 missed calls a month
  • One text back, within seconds, from your existing number
  • Wording in your voice, approved by you before it goes live
  • "Reply STOP to opt out" on every first text; STOP honored automatically
  • Replies go to your phone or the office inbox
  • Quiet hours you set
  • A plain weekly note: missed, texted, replied, booked by you
Busier phones

Text-back, more volume

$219/mo Up to about 40 missed calls a month
  • Everything in the smaller plan
  • Two qualifying questions before the reply reaches you (address and what's wrong, for example)
  • Different wording for after-hours and weekends
  • Replies routed to more than one person (the office by day, you at night)

How the price compares

  • All-in-one messaging platforms (Podium, Birdeye, Hatch): reported at roughly two to four times this price, mostly quoted through a sales call. They bundle much more than text-back.
  • AI phone receptionists: usually a little more than this, and they answer for you instead of handing the caller to you.
  • Do-it-yourself texting apps: cheaper, but you handle the carrier registration and the wording yourself.
  • KytherIQ text-back: $119/mo, done for you: registration, wording and setup included, on your existing number.

Published or reported prices as of October 2026, not a feature-for-feature comparison. Check each company for its current pricing.

More than about 40 missed calls a month gets a written quote. Carrier registration for business texting is included; it is most of the wait before go-live. If you're close to your plan's limit we text you, and nothing is charged that isn't in your written scope. See Refunds and Terms.

The rules

What you get, and what we never do

Texting people who called your business is allowed and useful. Texting anyone else is not, and we don't. This is the whole list.

What you get

  • Your number, not a new one. The text comes from the number on your truck, your cards and your Google listing.
  • Your words. We draft the first text with you on the setup call; you approve it before anything goes live.
  • Seconds, not minutes. The text goes out as soon as the call is missed, while the caller still has the phone in their hand.
  • Replies where you want them. Your cell, the office phone, or both. Nothing sits in a dashboard waiting for you to log in.
  • Quiet hours you set. A restoration company might have none. A pool company might stop at 9 pm and let after-hours callers know when you open.
  • A weekly note in plain English. Calls missed, texts sent, replies, and what you marked as booked. Real numbers from your own line.

What we never do

  • Text strangers. Only people who called your number and didn't get through. No lists, no cold texts, no "campaigns".
  • Ignore STOP. One STOP and that number gets nothing more from your line. It's honored automatically, not by someone remembering.
  • Send marketing. One text about the call they made. No more than one text every 12 hours from your number to the same caller, and no promotions, ever.
  • Text during your quiet hours. Outside the hours you set, either nothing goes out or a single text says when you open. Your choice.
  • Reply for you. The first text and, on the bigger plan, two questions are automated. Every actual answer is a person you trust.
  • Touch your accounts as the owner. You add us as a manager and can remove us any time. We never ask for passwords. How that works

Questions

The things owners ask first

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Text-back runs on the number you already advertise. We set it up as a manager on your carrier or texting account; you stay the owner and can remove us any time. If a texting number does have to be bought for your line, it's registered to your business and transferred to you on request. See Your accounts.

What if I answer the call?

Then nothing happens. We act only on calls nobody answered before voicemail or before the caller hung up. Calls you pick up are untouched.

What does the caller receive?

One text about the call they just made, from your business name and number, with "Reply STOP to opt out" on the first message. No marketing texts, and no more than one text every 12 hours from that number. See SMS terms.

Does it work with my phone setup?

Most business lines work: a cell used as the business phone, a landline with forwarding, or a VoIP number. On the setup call we confirm your setup. If yours can't run text-back, we say so and refund your first payment in full.

What if someone calls at 2 am?

Your call. Set quiet hours and nothing goes out until you open, or send one text that says when you open and that you'll be in touch. Restoration and towing companies usually want the text at 2 am. A pool company usually doesn't.

What counts as a missed call?

A call to your number that nobody answers before it reaches voicemail or the caller hangs up. Answered calls don't count. A repeat call from the same number within 12 hours doesn't get a second text and doesn't count against your plan.

What happens if I go over 15 in a month?

We text you when you're close. You can move to the $219/mo plan from the next month, or stay where you are. Nothing is charged that isn't in your written scope.

How long does setup take?

Usually 1–2 weeks. The setup call is about 20 minutes; most of the wait is the carrier's approval of business texting, which we handle. We agree the wording with you in writing and tell you the moment it is live.

What if it isn't for me?

Cancel by text or email at any time. It stops at the end of the paid month, with no cancellation fee. See Refunds.
